Below is a final chart for sales in the month of April, 2010. The numbers show YTD, year to date, as well as the month of April compared to previous years. Even though, the numbers do not match 2006, the buying and selling environment has shifted here in Telluride. Deals are happening at a discount. Also, buyers are jumping back into the high end, 4 million plus.
